Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs

  • 3 Tablespoons cream cheese

  • 3 teaspoons unsweetened, dark cocoa powder

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons confectioner’s sugar

  • 1 ½ Tablespoons heavy cream

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Peel and cut eggs in halves. Remove yolks and in a bowl.

  2. Add the cream cheese, cream and vanilla to the yolks and thoroughly mix. Add the cocoa, sugar and salt and continue to mix until smooth.

  3. Fill the whites with the mixture.

  4. Garnish with shaved chocolate and a bit of salt.
