Ingredients

  • 1 Goose (10-12 Pounds)

  • 1 Medium apple; peeled and quartered

  • 1 Medium navel orange; peeled and quartered

  • 1 Medium lemon peeled and quartered

  • 1 Cup Hot Water

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Sprinkle Goose cavity with salt and pepper

  2. Place Apple, Orange, and Lemon in Cavity

  3. Place goose breast side up on a rack in a roasting pan

  4. Prick Skin well with fork

  5. Pour Water in pan

  6. Bake Uncovered at 350 degrees for 2-1/4 to 3 hours or until thermometer reads 185

  7. Drain Fat from pan

  8. Cover goose with foil and let stand for 20 minutes before carving

  9. Discard Fruit

    Serving Size: 8 Servings
